We are so sorry but all the product sold are not refundable.

We do offer returns & exchanges for local orders (On a case-by-case basis), but do note that any additional charges for shipping will be borne by you!

Yes, you definitely can! You can leave me a message during Checkout ( or DM me on Instagram with the name and email you used to check out)

You will get booth rates if you use Paylah/Paynow to make payment for the items ( you can either make an order online or DM me on instagram with your name and email for me to create it for you)

In the case, you cant make it to the booth in the end, the items will be at original website prices. 

In general, most of my items will be packed into a plastic packaging to prevent water damage.

I do try to minimize the use of plastic bag by packing everything into translucent paper. 

If you want to go fully green and omit ALL plastic packaging, please leave a note at the checkout. I will only use the translucent theme paper to wrap your items!

Please include your Order No. for easy reference and tracking on our end.

For Singapore Local, Paylah! and Paynow are both accepted and preferred. 

For international order, Credit Card and Shop pay are accepted. 

*Do take note that in the event that you use credit card payment and requested for a refund, we would only be able to refund you 90% of your transaction as we are not conpensated for transcation fee by shopify. :(

As this is a one-man team, the order processing time may vary from 1-10 business days especially on product launch or physical event/booths/conventions period. We will try to process orders as quickly as possible but if there is an urgent order for special events (birthday gift etc.) , do drop me a dm on instagram or contact us here if we are able to fulfil the order in time!
